Miami Time For Women dinner
The renowned Wolfsonian-Florida International University provided a lovely setting for OMEGA’s 12th Time For Women event.
OMEGA President Stephen Urquhart welcomed the invited guests over cocktails, followed by a dinner that continued the celebration of exceptional women committed to initiating positive change in all parts of the world. Tracy Wilson Mourning spoke eloquently about Honey Shine, the organization she founded to help 8- to 18-year-old girls to “shine” in their own lives.
Michele Oka Doner, an acclaimed artist, talked about how the natural beauty of Miami shaped her personal vision. Sharon Socol, a successful photographer discussed serving at-risk Miami youth through her program Photographing Ourselves.
The next Time for Women dinner will be in Mumbai in February.
