Emirates Team New Zealand defeats Luna Rossa Challenge to win Louis Vuitton Cup

Racing through thick fog that covered San Francisco Bay on Sunday, Team New Zealand defeated Luna Rossa Challenge a final time to claim victory in the Louis Vuitton challenger series 7-1. ETNZ will now move on to the final event of the sailing competition against defending champion Oracle Team USA.

ETNZ will now move on to the final event of the sailing competition against defending champion Oracle Team USA.




Racing for the America’s Cup will begin on 7 September and will feature a “best-of-17” race format.
