Thongchai Jaidee receives Double Eagle Trophy

Back

The OMEGA Double Eagle Trophy rewards professional golfers for a particularly special feat that can only be achieved with the utmost precision. Representing a score of 3 under par, the Double Eagle is a rare occurrence indeed, since it requires a hole-in-one on a par-4 hole or in two shots on a par-5 hole.

Any professional golfer playing on one of the six major PGA Tours who scores a Double Eagle (also known as an albatross) will be presented with the OMEGA watch that takes its name from this unique achievement: the Constellation Double Eagle chronometer. This prestige timepiece uses Omega's Co-Axial Escapement movement for excellent long-term accuracy and reliability. The Constellation Double Eagle is available in two different chronometer sizes or as a sporty chronograph version, all available in a choice of steel and two-tone steel and gold versions with three different dial colors.

Since the introduction of the Double Eagle Trophy at the OMEGA European Masters in September 2003, the following golfers have seen their brilliant shots rewarded with the Double Eagle watch.
