At the heart of the 27 mm model is the exclusive OMEGA Co-Axial calibre 8520, a self-winding movement that is visible through the transparent caseback. The reliability and accuracy of this Co-Axial mechanical movement is such that the timepiece is offered with a full four-year warranty. The smaller version of this timepiece is equipped with the quartz calibre 1376.
In 2015, OMEGA premiered The Hospital in the Sky - its second documentary capturing the work of Orbis International. Starring in the documentary, which was filmed during the organization’s programme in Trujillo, Peru, is long-time OMEGA ambassador Cindy Crawford who explains some of the unique qualities of the Flying Eye Hospital and the programme.WATCH THE TRAILER
