THE BIRTH OF ART DECO

In keeping with the times, and living up to its role as a design pioneer, OMEGA presented a selection of timepieces at the birthplace of Art Deco in 1925. At the “Exposition Internationale des Arts Décoratifs et Industriels Modernes” in Paris, OMEGA was honoured with the Grand Prize. The timepieces ushered a welcome change that swept through the industry and introduced some of the world’s most favourite and iconic design forms.
