THE OMEGA OLYMPIC POCKET WATCH 1932 RATTRAPANTE CHRONOGRAPH
The OMEGA Olympic Pocket Watch 1932 Rattrapante Chronographs in 18K yellow, white or red gold are powered by rediscovered unassembled movement kits that had been in storage at OMEGA’s headquarters in Biel since 1932. These horological wonders bring one of the brand’s most storied products – the 1932 pocket chronograph – back to life.
A MASTERPIECE IS RESURRECTED
Several years ago, some unassembled chronograph movement kits were discovered in a hidden corner at OMEGA’s headquarters. Our master watchmakers reconditioned the components – which had been in storage for 80 years – and used them to create an enhanced replica of a 1932 pocket chronograph – the very stopwatch that had timed the Los Angeles 1932 Olympic Games.
