Cindy Crawford Raises the Bar in Dallas

Omega Brand Ambassador Cindy Crawford made a personal appearance at Bachendorf’s Jewelers in the Dallas Galleria in Dallas, Texas, USA, on September 29th. Crawford greeted guests, signed autographs and collected a Limited Edition Omega Speedmaster which she helped to auction later that evening at the Cattle Baron’s Ball to raise money for the American Cancer Society.

At the auction Crawford addressed the audience about her personal commitment to fighting cancer and the importance of the American Cancer Society. She then presented the Omega Speedmaster, which was auctioned together with a personal tour of the Johnson Space Center by General Thomas Stafford. Together they sold for an impressive $17,000.

An Omega ambassador since 1995, Cindy Crawford has worked with Omega longer than any other ambassador and Omega is proud to be celebrating over a decade with the supermodel. Crawford has also been a long-time supporter of the American Cancer Society and has personal connections with the cause.

Bachendorf’s Jewelers, a long-standing contributor to the CBB, partnered with OMEGA as exclusive hosts of the Cattle Barons Tent, reserved for individual contributors of $5,000 and above. Fund raising for this event is achieved primarily through contributions to attend the CBB and from the CBB Live Auction.

The Dallas Cattle Baron's Ball is America’s largest single fundraising event for research for the American Cancer Society. The event has raised more than $31 million over the last 33 years in an ongoing pursuit of a cure for cancer. One hundred active volunteers are responsible for raising the funds to meet this year's goal of $4m.
