Guests in Madrid enjoy a special screening of the new film directed by Yann Arthus-Bertrand and Michael Pitiot.
The Spanish premiere of “Terra” took place at the Francisco Giner De Los Rios Fundation in Madrid on Monday night. For guests, it was a special opportunity to see the film, created through the partnership of OMEGA and GoodPlanet, and engage with director Yann Arthus-Bertrand, who made a special appearance for the occasion.
At its heart, Terra looks at the natural history of mankind and our existence on Earth. It looks back on the unique journey of a species which, among millions of others, has evolved and emerged from the many phases of our planet’s growth. However, as the narration progresses, it gradually diverts from this natural history and begins to show how we regard other species and wild animals around us.
“Terra” is another chapter in the successful partnership between OMEGA and GoodPlanet. Since 2011, this shared dedication to the environment has helped to raise awareness for many critical issues and led to the creation of a number of worthwhile projects and films.
