Copenhagen's Blue Planet Aquarium serves as a spectacular backdrop for the launch of OMEGA's new Planet Ocean collection
Though it would be impractical to celebrate the unveiling of OMEGA's new Planet Ocean collection with a party underwater, OMEGA's "Deep Black" launch in Copenhagen was certainly the next best thing.
Guests were treated to a cocktail and dinner at Denmark's National Aquarium, Den Blå Planet, in a huge aquarium room, complete with its very own mermaid.
A combination of a divers' watch and a GMT, "Deep Black" is a timepiece that's well and truly at home underwater. It is a certified Master Chronometer and features innovative new materials including ceramic, rubber, Liquidmetal®, 18k Sedna™ gold and OMEGA Ceragold™.
Over the next several months, the collection will be rolled out across the world.
