The stylish new Planet Ocean collection turns heads in Italy's fashion capital
In a city renowned for immaculately-dressed residents, OMEGA's new "Deep Black" collection was the perfect fit. The watches, which feature innovative new materials, including ceramic, rubber, Liquidmetal®, 18k Sedna™ gold and OMEGA Ceragold™, were revealed during a special event at Milan's Villa Necchi Campiglio.
OMEGA watchmakers were on site to demonstrate the extraordinary anti-magnetic qualities of the timepieces, which can resist fields of up to 15,000 Gauss. The new calibre 8906 movements are certified Master Chronometers, which means they have been tested at the industry's highest level.
Over the next several months, the collection will be rolled out across the world.
