Last man on the moon shares his experiences in space


Eugene Cernan, one of OMEGA's ambassadors came to Hawaii to meet school kids in the Bishop museum and to attend the opening of the DFS store in Waikiki.

The media soon found out about his arrival and several radio and TV stations asked for and obtained interviews with this exceptional man.

Eugene Cernan talked to an enthusiastic, young audience at the space exhibition of the Bishop museum and taught them that nothing in life is impossible.

In the photograph above right astronaut Eugene Cernan, who was the commander of Apollo 17 and the last man to leave his footprint on the surface of the moon, shows two kids how to drive the replica of the Lunar Rover.
