The crowds started gathering early outside the store at Bahnhofstrasse 52 in the hope of catching a glimpse of OMEGA's star ambassador. At 6pm Anna arrived, together with Mr N. G. Hayek, Chairman and CEO of the Swatch Group and Mr Stephen Urquhart, President of OMEGA, to unveil two gigantic show windows containing the new watches.

They then made their way into the store, where several surprises awaited. Anna presented Mr Hayek with the Constellation "Bangle" watch, which she herself helped to design. She then reminded Mr Hayek that Martina Hingis should also have been there to present another ladies watch, the Speedmaster Automatic with diamonds. Though unable to attend in person due to her recent operation, Martina was nevertheless present thanks to a live telephone link-up, and asked Anna to present the other watch for her.
Following the short presentation, Anna and Mr Hayek fielded questions from the media. Anna then signed autographs for the fans who had been waiting eagerly outside before leading the entourage on a short walk to the Hotel Widder, where she attended an evening reception with VIP guests, including "Mister Switzerland" Tobias Rentsch and former Swiss Olympic champion shot-putter Werner Gunthor.
The two new watch collections are on display at the OMEGA flagship store, Bahnhofstrasse 52, until 31 October.
