Round ten of the 2003 OMEGA Swiss Golf Trophies

The tenth round of the 2003 OMEGA Swiss Golf Trophies was a memorable occasion: a great day of golf played under the blazing summer sunshine. The competition, however, was intense as competitors battled it out to gain the coveted prize: the chance to compete in the grand final, which will be held in Crans-Montana and has been organised so as to coincide with the OMEGA European Masters which will take place at the same resort from 4-7 September.

Round ten of the tournament was co-organised by OMEGA and Watches Jäggi & Co, represented by Mr Jürg Domenig and Mr Hans-Jörg Jäggi. An impressive turnout comprising club members and other local players as well as some VIP guests enjoyed a day of golf in glorious summer weather, surrounded by picturesque Swiss Alpine scenery.

Afterwards, guests enjoyed a pleasant apéritif before attending the prize-giving ceremony in which Mr Karl Weinberger a Golf Club Arosa member scooped first prize for the men's contest. The ladies' event was won by VIP guest from "Die Südostschweiz" Mrs Mirjam Fassold.

A there is now only one more Trophy to go until the Grand Final in Crans-Montana, the competition is growing ever more fierce.
