THE OMEGA EUROPEAN MASTERS IN CRANS-MONTANA
The OMEGA European Masters is the oldest golf tournament on the European continent and an annual highlight of the Swiss sporting calendar. Since 2009 it has been co-sanctioned by the European and Asian Tours, forging a strong bond between two golf-loving continents.

GOLF RETURNS TO THE OLYMPIC GAMES AFTER 112 YEARS
At Rio 2016, golf returned to the Olympic Games after an absence of 112 years. For the first time since 1904, the game was included in the roster of official sports and, for many of the world’s best players, it presented a rare opportunity to swing for gold.

Charley Hull, born in 1996, was named LET Rookie of the Year in 2013 and was the youngest woman ever to compete in the Solheim Cup matches. Four days before her 18th birthday, she won her first professional title.
