The following operations are included in the price of a complete maintenance service :
- Dismantling of movement, cleaning, oiling, assembling, tuning of the precision and check of the function of the movement.
- Repair or replacement of worn or damaged movement parts.
- Replacement of the hands, if necessary (hands included except special hands or hands in precious metal which are invoiced separately).
- Replacement of crystal, tube, crown, pushbuttons, helium escape valve, gaskets, battery if necessary (parts included except special mineral glass or sapphire crystal and precious metal parts which are invoiced separately).
- Restoration of water-resistance with above mentioned parts.
- Refurbishment of case and metal bracelet (polishing, satin-finishing).
- Cleaning (washing) of case and metal bracelet.
- Technical and aesthetical final check.
Warranty for complete maintenance service and restoration :
We offer a twenty-four (24) months warranty on the work carried out. In the event of a fault covered by this warranty, we will, at our discretion and without cost, repair or replace any spare parts and/or rectify a faulty repair as identified by our Customer Service. All other rights resulting from the faulty execution of our services are expressly excluded. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents or negligence. This warranty is rendered void if work is carried out on the watch by persons who are not authorized to do so by OMEGA.
The recommended public prices in Swiss francs apply to our Repair Workshop in Bienne, Switzerland.
Important information regarding repairs and warranty :
Different types of interventions (other than the complete maintenance service and the restoration) can be carried out in relation with the repair of OMEGA watches. Each of these interventions corresponds to specific operations, has its own recommended public price and benefits from distinct warranty conditions.
