LIFE IN THE FAST LANE

A gymnast as a youth, Noah Lyles started track and field at 12. A discipline that was very much a family affair, as his parents competed in track and field at Seton Hall University.

Noah Lyles represented the United States at the 2014 Youth Olympic Games where he won a gold medal over 200 m. Around two years later, in July 2016, Noah turned professional.

Since then, Noah has claimed multiple wins in his chosen sport. He has been a Diamond League winner four times over two years and won gold at the World Championship in Doha in 2019.

A year earlier, in 2018, Noah Lyles was crowned Men’s athlete of the year and won the Jesse Owens Award by USATF - the sport’s highest annual accolade in the USA. At the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020, he won the bronze medal in the 200m.

At the 2022 World Championships, Noah won the 200m in a time of 19.31, breaking a new American record and establishing the talented athlete as the third fastest man of all time in 200m.

“OMEGA watches are fantastic and, given my drive to be the fastest man in the world, it goes without saying that I’m a huge fan of the Speedmaster.”
