Top golfers, including the world number one, teamed up with major talents from sport and entertainment to compete at the Swiss brand’s first Invitational.
OMEGA’s debut event in Fort Lauderdale attracted some of the sport’s biggest hitters. Leading the four-player teams in Florida were World number one Rory McIlroy and three other OMEGA ambassadors: Michelle Wie, Danielle Kang, Justin Suh.
“The OMEGA Invitational was inspired by the success of the Celebrity Pro-Am event at the OMEGA Masters.”

From the world of sports came professional skateboarder, Ryan Sheckler as well as athlete and philanthropist, Tim Tebow. Taking the solo musician spot was singer/songwriter Mat Kearney.
“Tournaments like this remind us of why we started playing sport in the first place. The joy of it.”
OMEGA President and CEO Mr. Raynald Aeschlimann.
The Swiss brand’s US course of choice, was the Pine Tree Country Club. One of Florida’s top five clubs and a suitably luxurious setting for an exclusive OMEGA event. Off course, guests enjoyed top-level entertainment, including cocktails and a traditional Floridian clambake, hosted by the legendary Chef Beau MacMillan.
