OMEGA’s Museum Collection reflects the noble heritage of a great brand. Outstanding timepieces are selected from the Museum – they have to be more than fifty years old – and are honoured with a reissue incorporating both traditional design excellence and OMEGA’s innovative contemporary watchmaking.

Honouring OMEGA’s leading role
in the history of sport timekeeping

The Museum Collection N° 8 Racend Timer honours a distinguished contributions to the world of sports timing. The OMEGA Racend Timer, produced in 1949, combined a timer and a slit photofinish camera and was developed in partnership with the British Race Finish Recording Company. This watch has an 18K pink gold 39 mm case and bezel and is delivered with a brown leather strap on a polished 18K pink gold buckle and was produced in an edition limited to 1949 pieces.

The contemporary interpretation
of a classic officer’s watch

The OMEGA Museum Collection N° 9: “Milestone 1941” is based on a stainless steel watch launched in 1938 and favoured by high-ranking military officers. The specific watch that inspired the “Milestone 1941” was delivered in 1941 and sold at the Omegamania Auction in 2007. It has a discreet 38 mm 18K white gold case and is presented on a black leather strap with an 18K white gold buckle. The striking timepiece was produced in a limited edition of 1941 pieces.

Is there a doctor in the house?

The OMEGA Museum Collection N° 10: “MD’s Watch” artfully incorporates features from three OMEGA wrist-chrono-tachymeters that were produced in the late 1930s, and favoured by medical professionals. The “MD’s Watch” is driven by an OMEGA calibre 3203. The manual-winding timepiece has column wheel chronograph mechanism. It features a 39 mm 18K yellow gold case and a brown leather strap. The “MD’s Watch” was produced in a limited edition of 1938 pieces.
