  • You do not need to create a MY OMEGA account to place an order. You can make your purchase as a guest.
  • A selection of our products is available in the online shop. If you are interested in a model which is not available, we invite you to contact an OMEGA Boutique or an OMEGA authorised retailer.

  • All data and payment information are secured by SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card details or payment information. For more information about data use, please see our privacy policy.

  • Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped.

  • Shipping is only possible within the national territory of the country where you place your order. Therefore, there are no additional taxes or charges.
  • You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

  • Creating a MY OMEGA account allows you to keep track of your orders, save your favourite products and receive information on OMEGA. To create an account, please fill in this form

  • You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, China Union Pay), PostFinance or Twint.

  • All orders are delivered within 1 to 3 working days, including Saturdays. You can see the estimated delivery time when you confirm your order online. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Additional time may be required if you request a bracelet adjustment or if you order before/during public holidays.

  • We only deliver to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, hotels or freight forwarding addresses. For your protection, a signature will be required upon delivery.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the order. The item must be returned in its original condition with its box and all the articles included in it. Refunds will be made in the same form as payment.

    Returns are not accepted in OMEGA Boutiques, with the exception of purchases made on this website for which the "Collect from Boutique" option has been selected as the delivery method. In this case, orders may be returned to the boutique where they were collected.
